| PM-303 - Universal PTA system for automated surfacing based on CNC |

The PM-303 PTA system is designed for automated surfacing of flat, face, cylindrical, conical and other surfaces of different parts to protect them against wear, corrosion etc.
The CNC control system provides surfacing of compound parts with high accuracy. 3 mechanical axis and 3 welding parameters are controlled simultaneously. The welding process is visualized at LCD monitor in online.
According to the custom requirements we develop and manufacture a special exchange production accessories and software.
PM-303 PTA system consists of:

surfacing unit with PP-6-03 PTA torch (basic option);

control box (control system based on CNC);

welding power source;

stand with protecting fence;

water chiller;

two-axis self-propelled table.
