Wear-resistant Fe-based alloy powder for surfacing
of parts operated under abrasive wear. PMalloy 21
combines high wear resistance with high ductility.
The unique combination of properties gives the possibility
to carry out surfacing without preheating. This original
powder is used successfully for extruder screws hardfacing.

4. Influence of release temperature |
A specimen was exposed 1 hour and cooled on the air.
Properties of cladded material in dependence of release
temperature are shown at Fig. 3 and 4.
